Construction Project ManagerBased in Melbourne and reporting to our Head Of Projects we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the Australian & NZ operations of our Global Food & Beverage Retail company.
Work with the Head of Projects regarding all aspects of our Food & Beverage Retail Fitouts – including program, design, costings, approvals & permits, construction supervision and certification for occupancy.Lead and manage life cycle of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.Foster relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to ensure project requirements are met.Ensure the implementation and compliance with all in house project management systems, procedures and project reporting. Assist in / manage other projects in the region as assigned.What are skills and experience are we looking for?.
