Role – Senior Project Manager – Commercial Major Loss
Continuing with the growth of their commercial & major loss operation, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager, based in Brisbane to lead the project team.
Manage the repair build process on complex, major loss & commercial insurance construction projects
Allocation & management of internal & external resources including CA’s, Site Foreman, Architects, Engineers, Trades etc
Employing fundamental project & risk management principles to develop project plans to ensure the safe, timely completion of projects to budget & quality
Ensure communication across all stakeholders, maintaining great relationships ensuring ongoing work
Grow value added relationships with Loss Adjusters, Senior Insurers Representatives & Clients
Assist in developing major bids, including indepth project review of deliverables, terms and costs
Experience
Previous experience project managing large insurance commercial construction works
Relevant and required building/supervising license/s
Great customer service, people & communication skills with ability to build relationships
Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles & construction methodologies
