About the RoleOur client is a well-known commercial construction company who is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with exposure constructing fast food outlets, petrol stations and/or childcare centresYour primary day to week activities will include;Coordinating all aspects of the project life cycle across several different projects
Stakeholder management
Lead and manage project execution teams to maximise performance
Create & execute project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management and procurement plans
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes and standards including WHS requirements
Prepare tender submissions and cost reports
The role requires reliance on;Your previous Project Management experience in a similar role.
Your qualifications in Building or Project Management
Your experience in estimating and contract administration
Your ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Your exceptional organisational, multi-site management and time management skills to meet quality project milestones
Your demonstrated ability to use initiative, to resolve problems, and thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment
Your proficiency in Microsoft applications
Your calmness in day to day happenings but your sense of humour resonating
