About the Role

Our client is a well-known commercial construction company who is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with exposure constructing fast food outlets, petrol stations and/or childcare centres


Your primary day to week activities will include;Coordinating all aspects of the project life cycle across several different projectsStakeholder managementLead and manage project execution teams to maximise performanceCreate & execute project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management and procurement plansEnsure compliance with relevant regulations, codes and standards including WHS requirementsPrepare tender submissions and cost reportsThe role requires reliance on;Your previous Project Management experience in a similar role.Your qualifications in Building or Project ManagementYour experience in estimating and contract administrationYour ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships with internal and external stakeholdersYour exceptional organisational, multi-site management and time management skills to meet quality project milestonesYour demonstrated ability to use initiative, to resolve problems, and thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environmentYour proficiency in Microsoft applicationsYour calmness in day to day happenings but your sense of humour resonatingIf the advertisement has sparked your interest and you have the skills we would like to hear from you.
