CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with an established, national commercial building head contractor who have recently picked up their first project in Perth, a $25m+ refurbishment in the CBD. They are actively tendering on several other new projects, with an intent to expand their Perth team and as a result, are looking for an experienced Project Manager to play a key role within the business.

The client have over 30 staff nationally, with a proven track record in delivering full refurbishment & fit out projects across the commercial / hospitality sectors.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will working in close collaboration with the Senior PM / Construction Manager, as the go to local contact on the ground in Perth. You will take ownership & accountability for delivering your own projects, provided with full support from both senior leadership and the delivery team locally – already comprising of CA, SM & PC.

They have a small local tight knit team, with intentions to further expand the Perth business & operations.


An excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager, who has a proven track record in either delivering large scale refurbishment or new build projects in Australia, upwards of $20m+.

You’ll be joining a well established national commercial construction head contractor, so will benefit from existing systems & in-house capabilities from the eastern states.

On offer is a highly competitive salary package, ranging from $180-200k + Super, depending on experience.
