My client operates in the government housing sector. They specialise in government, community housing providers and investors. They focus on quality, affordable housing and creating functionally beautiful homes for individuals and families of all ages and abilities.



Key Responsibilities

Pre-Construction


  • Forward government issued site details to Architect to prepare Concept Site Plan and Yield Study, along with relevant quotes.
  • Co-ordinate completion of Sales Site Analysis and Write Up by Construction Manager/Managing Director.
  • Order property reports and preliminary property information, as required.

Town Planning Submission


Once Letter of Acceptance is received from customer, engage Architect to prepare relevant documentation.

Complete relevant actions if demolition is required.


Forward draft Town Planning Plans to Construction Manager and Estimator for review and comment.


Building Permit

  • Lodge Building Permit documentation with Building Surveyor.
  • Apply for Asset Protection Permits.
  • Ensure price is submitted to customer.


Experience

  • Experience in pre-site construction or town planning or permits
  • MUST have experience in construction
  • 3-4 years of the above experience is required
